With heartfelt gratitude, we want to let you know that We Care Dental Clinic, located at 71949 Highway 111, Suite 100B, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270, will be closing, with our last day of patient care on November 2, 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

It has been a privilege to care for your smiles and be part of this community. This decision was made thoughtfully, and our top priority now is making sure every patient continues to receive the compassionate, high-quality care you deserve. Effective immediately, as of Tuesday, August 4, 2026, \u00a0We Care Rancho Mirage will no longer accepting new patients.<\/p>\n

If you’re in the middle of treatment\u00a0Please contact our office as soon as possible at (760) 565-6055\u00a0so we can help you complete your care and coordinate a smooth transition to another provider.<\/p>\n

Continuing Your Care\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like to remain within the WesternU Health network, you are warmly welcomed to transition your care to our sister clinic, WesternU Health Dental Center in Pomona,\u00a0located at 795 E 2nd Street, Suite 8, Pomona, CA 91766. To schedule an appointment, please call (909)706-7910.<\/p>\n

If you need assistance with locating a new oral healthcare provider closer to Rancho Mirage, please contact us at (760) 565-6055.<\/p>\n

Requesting Your Dental Records\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to a copy of your dental records. Simply complete and sign our Medical Record Request and Consent Form, indicating whether you’d like your records sent to you directly or forwarded to your new dental provider. You can:<\/p>\n

  • Download the Medical Record Request and Consent Form located on this page<\/li>\n
  • Request the form by contacting our offices at (760) 565-6055 and one can be sent to you electronically via email using the email address we have for you on record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Once we receive your signed form, we will take care of the rest.<\/p>\n

    After the We Care closes, your dental records will continue to be securely maintained in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. For any questions about your records or treatment history after our closing date, please contact us at WesternU Health Dental Center, Pomona, at (909) 706-3910.<\/p>\n
