Overview

Whether you are travelling for business or vacation, the WesternU Health Travel Health services program is here to help you return home safely and in good health. Rest assured that you can travel with confidence.

We are a full-service travel medicine clinic providing you with international and domestic health counseling, immunizations, vaccinations, medications, and any other travel health related needs you might have to help you prepare for your trip.

The doctor is educating the patient

Our team is committed to helping your prepare for your journey and assuring that you are safe while you are away. When you return home, we are here to assist you with any post-travel related health concerns that you might have.

To prepare for your travel health visit, we ask that you fill out a patient Travel History Questionnaire. Just print and fill it out. Remember to bring it to your appointment.

The Travel History Questionnaire is important so that we understand your health history, including your current medical conditions and medications (prescription and non-prescription), allergies, travel destination(s), planned activities, and vaccination history.

Visits are only $80, however if you and one other person will be travelling together, the travel center will see both of you at one time. And in this case, the visit fee would be split between the two of you.
