Melanie Barbee is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Diabetes Education and Care Specialist (CDCES) at WesternU Health and the surrounding community.

In her role as an RDN, Ms. Barbee works with primary care providers and specialists to ensure positive outcomes for patients.

Ms. Barbee is bilingual in Spanish specializing in individual nutrition and meal planning for successful management and improvement of diabetes, weight loss and chronic conditions using science-based nutrition practice, American Diabetes Association and Association of Diabetes Education and Care Specialists standards.
